£5 Big Bundle

I made a topup of £10 and used £5 for my Big Bundle. I made a mistake and spent 45p thus I'm left with £4.55. Is there any way to add 45p? Or somehow straighten this out? Will the £4.55 always stay stuck if I don't make any more mistakes?

Can I withdraw the money if I want to change provider?

The minimum topup on o2 is £10

You will always have £4.55 credit unless you use it on non-inclusive calls / texts

Any credit will be lost if you switch provider, i'm afraid, with PAYG on all networks its a case of use it or lose it.

Its yours to use, but just not enough to buy any of the bundles.

I can sympathise with you as it's happened to me before. Very frustrating but not much you can do, maybe try your luck with customer service but other than that nothing more I can suggest.
