So my phone accidentally did an in app purchase for thousands of coins in words with friends, of which has been refunded. But the coins are still showing as there. How do I get the coins to disappear? I’ve tried the online chat, but it wouldn’t work. Any help much appreciated.

@Chez2 I wouldn't worry about it if you've been refunded. It's possible that the app's system needs to update overnight. Check again tomorrow to see if they're still there. You might also try to reboot your phone.

Thinking about it, as you were refunded the cost by O2, they wouldn't be able to influence the app, so there's a good chance you got them for free........
