My iphone is not working,  I have ordered a contract deal and I have not heard from anyone since (24 hours have passed).  I know this is not linked to my credit as I have a good rating.  I called on a friends phone,  the person I spoke with sounded like she was enjoying herself at a party,  I am not against parties,  I am just against being ignored.  I called back the following day,  the person I was talking to hung up.  I cannot call during the day as I do not have a phone,  I am feeling pretty frustrated,  could someone make contact with me about this process.   If it regulary breaks down,  please comment so I can take my custom elsewhere.
