My other half and her daughter have suddenly found that they can no longer call me. Texting is fine, but when they call me it tells them my number is invalid. i have not blocked them, i promise!! They have both deleted me and recreated my contact details, but makes no difference. They have been able to call me in the past. They both have iPhones, whilst i have a Samsung S9. They are also, both on BTMobile...
Does anyone else know of this problem and is there a solution??

Sorry to keep banging on about blocking, but the S9 has separate block lists for calls and texts, so please do make sure and I promise not to mention it again

Although it does sound like you have blocked them, I’m sure you’ve double checked all that too.

@Quobrad Doesn't sound like anything that can be solved from here. You need to speak to customer service. I suggest you call rather than use Live Chat. You'll hopefully get a better result. Please come back and update us on any progress you make. It may help someone else with the same issue in the future. Good luck.

Yes open your call settings as I'm sure you will find their numbers in the blocked or spam settings as I advised above. It's your phone not BT or their phones. I received a call from my brother in law who is on BT, he has an iPhone about an hour ago so I doubt there is a network issue BT to O2.

I double checked on our end @MI5 and we're not aware of any issue with BT Mobile at the moment
Welcome to the forum @Quobrad! Just to add: as mentioned previously by members, usually numbers are blocked by mistake in settings. You can check this on you Samsung S9 by going on Phone > tap 3 dots in the top right corner & select Settings > Block numbers. If numbers are definitely not blocked, you could try to put SIM card in a different phone and test it then.
Hope this helps, and let us know how you're getting on with this!
