Hello,
I am getting this error message since the last few days after logging in to the WiFi via the the standard O2 page:
Sorry we're having a few problems at the moment. We're working on it, so have another go later.
Any one can help?
Simone

I still have not managed to connect to customer service - the wait is always over 30 minutes. This is proving to be more difficult that what it should be.

I am speaking to customer service and they have no idea. Can you help me describe the problem as they do not get it?
Thanks

Now i am waiting to be passed to someone else as the first person was unable to help. So far I have been on the phone for 10 horrid minutes.

In the end I spoke to someone else who removed my account from O2Wifi so I will need to re-register. Obviously that is unlikely to resolve the problem.

Thanks Jonsie,
Unfortunately the O2 WiFi hotspot nearby is not working (it keeps saying we are updating the venue try in 10 minutes) so I am not sure when I can re-register.

I now wonder if this WiFi outage is really connected to the failure on the London Underground
