Failed Delivery Responses

Why do I continually get failed delivery responses when I send e-mails from my O2 email account to blueyonder account holders?

I guess it may be because the emails aren't being delivered?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

Is this only Blue Yonder accounts or all email clients. Just blue yonder then it would appear to be down to them rather than O2.

Unless the op comes back to clarify whether it was just emails to Blue Yonder....we will never know really
