I've switched to my laptop, 'options' are there, no edit facility, within an hour of posting?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Well you're too late now anyway. More than an hour has passed since your original post. Until a mod comes on and removes your details it will remain there for anyone anywhere in the world to view. I suggest you request a change of phone number. O2 will do it once for free. I also suggest you set up a new email address, as you will now most likely get a huge amount of spam.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

They have my name, date of birth, phone number, e mail address and they know I'm on pay monthly contract.
