O2 Live chat ALWAYS offline?

Hi,

Is anybody else experiencing that live chat is always offline?
I have been trying to get on live chat since Friday! .. I actually ended up calling them on Monday, but I keep checking the online chat option, just because it frustrated me, and notice every time I look it's still offline?
Why would this be? It states live chat is between 7am - 11pm?

Just go into the "shop" section and the chat box appears almost instantly!!

Yes you right,

O2 live chat it's rubbish cos dosen't work and is ALWAYS ofline!
