I have just renewed my o2 contract for a further 3 yrs and as a free gift I was given McAfee security, to which I informed the expeditor catagorically that I didnt not want it, but was told that I had to have it as part as the package and it would show on my first bill but would then be refunded on the same bill.I have now looked at my last 2 bills to which I have been charged a monthly fee for something I didnt want and was supposed to be a free gift as a good will gesture...how do I get this security off my bill as I dont want to be paying for the next 34 months something I didnt want in the first place..not happy with o2 at the moment.
