Sorry to post and it's irrelevant but i have a massive issue and think someone has stole my identity and somehow getting new accounts cause it's says I have 4 different o2 accounts and still being billed every month I want to upload the pictures but I don't know how it's so bad I've been billed £600 for a phone then multiple devices plans I don't have every month and names like dear Cameron or dear Cameron and my middle name or cameron and my last name

to report this. The best time to ring is 8-8:30am to avoid a long wait.

 

I would also suggest you contact the police as this is identity fraud.

I just thought they mixed up my account I've got about 6 different o2 email accounts around 40 emails it's on my credit score account it's demolished it completely should I call 999 or 101 now?

Email accounts from them I mean o2shop.com mycare@o2.com mycareo2.com o2.uk.com it's a joke all saying their official emails
