Last week I have tried to claim my free Huawei Tablet without success. On every occaison I try to claim the website says I need to upload my proof of purchase in the proper format, I have tried pdf and jpg and it still comes up with the same message. I also sent a message through the correct contact details (nearly a week ago) and heard nothing back.
Has anyone else been having the same issue as this is very frustrating?

Lots of people are having problems redeeming the offer so I will ask if one of our managers can help

Thanks for the reply, but that website offer has expired (This Promotion is only available on purchases made between Thursday 23 November 2017 and Wednesday 20 December 2017 inclusive.)

Hopefully I will get an answer to this today.
Is there no other way of redeeming this offer as the contact details for this offer are no good as it has been a week since I sent my original query with NO reply.

I have finally got a response from the customer support from the website but still no luck with their attempted fix, I am now waiting for them to reply. It looks like it is not O2 that is honouring this offer but a company called Exertis, I have a direct email address if anyone wants to contact them directly with their problem( just PM me).
