I now have an O2 sim, encouraged to *** ************ **, *********, **************, **** *** to buy to my O2/Virgin Media “ experience and get a WiFi booster “ for free “ due to great speed test results yet poor WiFi,  What a nightmare !
 Currently, can’t log into O2 account, looking at the web the “ oops “ message is very common. I can log into my O2 app, get a security code to my O2 sim , “ have no product “or something like that and the “oops message”

  Lots of time reading numerous help suggestions , no human beings available. Why do I bother?

@AJslogin

For the wifi boosters you need to follow the process in the Virgin connect app.

https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/connect-app

For O2 login issues, contact O2 on social media.

 Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Virginmedia will ask you to perform a few simple tests to see if you are eligible for the wifi boosters

From memory you can only order one at a time

Impossible to argue with that.....
