Hi

When I log on to O2 website

It comes up as VM02 should this be correct and have they updated the website.

Is this affecting every 02 customer or just me.

Yes VM and O2 updated the website login about 2 weeks ago. 

It's affecting everyone whether you have any VM products or not.

I never had that on my mobile @Enlli 

Once I'd logged in on PC, I can now log in on phone by pressing my white avatar (which changes immediately to logged in,)

@Cleoriff That was from a different browser that has never logged into O2 or Virgin

Log in now is automatic on my phone..

When ever I Log on to the Website I have to Verify by email.

can I log in by Email.
