Resolved! How do I leave O2 - The website is a minefield

I want to leave O2 however all the contact us pages do not give a telephone number. I need to speak to a human, not a virtual assistant that takes me round in loops - The sooner I can close this account the better. O2 used to be good

Troubleshooting without calling

When I try to sign in, it says, "My 02 isn't available to you yet." It's been longer than 48 hours and I am told to contact them, but the only contact given is a phone number. I am completely Deaf and so cannot call them, but no other option is given...
