hi this is my order number for an oculus I ordered my son for Xmas. I haven’t yet received a tracking number nor has the item arrived. Can someone please come back to me when I should get this please? If not by Xmas I will have to cancel the product.

They had issues with a chemical leak near the warehouse so had to evacuate.

Normal service should be resumed today.
