Last week I have tried to claim my free Huawei Tablet without success. On every occaison I try to claim the website says I need to upload my proof of purchase in the proper format, I have tried pdf and jpg and it still comes up with the same message. I also sent a message through the correct contact details (nearly a week ago) and heard nothing back.
Has anyone else been having the same issue as this is very frustrating?

Exertis are not good at responding to emails, if there are a lot of O2 customers having a similar issue trying to register for their free tablet, this will have a negative effect on O2 as it is their promotion
