Last week I have tried to claim my free Huawei Tablet without success. On every occaison I try to claim the website says I need to upload my proof of purchase in the proper format, I have tried pdf and jpg and it still comes up with the same message. I also sent a message through the correct contact details (nearly a week ago) and heard nothing back.
Has anyone else been having the same issue as this is very frustrating?

Thanks for the mention @Cleoriff and @Johnk68 - we know there have been some technical issues with the redemption website recently and it's being looked into, including what you're describing with the attachement error. As soon as we get any updates on this we will share on here!

I hope this problem with the website wont affect those who have been trying to redeem within the timescale of the promotion?
The promotion has actually finished now, though people do have until the 23rd Feb to claim the free tablet.

I have finally got a response from the customer support from the website but still no luck with their attempted fix, I am now waiting for them to reply. It looks like it is not O2 that is honouring this offer but a company called Exertis, I have a direct email address if anyone wants to contact them directly with their problem( just PM me).
