I have been trying to start a webchat with o2 since Christmas but every time I log on, there is a banner saying, "Give us a momentWe're just checking to see if there's an available agent." Is web chat offline or am I missing something?

Free tile

My free tile arrived and before any pairing the the tile will not play it’s initial start up, nor will it be recognised on the phone .I assume this is a faulty , so wild I be entitled to another , or could anyone offer any other advice.Thanks
