I’ve turned off auto‑renew for the Amazon Prime Extra in My O2, but it keeps switching itself back on. How can I remove the Amazon Prime Extra from my account permanently, so it won’t renew again?

I have tried the Guide Adding and removing O2 extras - o2 community - Tick on the Do Not Auto Renew box which I do but there is no option to save and it keeps defaulting back to auto renew
