i get a error mesage on my mobile a nokia 635, it says smtp ntlworld.com 465:1. it sounds to me that virgin and windows are not in sink.

any help please. roy.

Hi yes I removed NTL from my Nokia Lumia for about 3 days.found that NTL was not in sink with windows after up grade of window 10, set new password for emails and reload on mobile,happy days.
