My new iphone is telling me its an Nokia Lumia?

You don't need to do anything to get 4g.
O2 should have put you on the correct bolt on already.
Did you have a Nokia before ?
You need to call customer service or use live chat and ask then to put you onto data for iphone and get them to check 4g is enabled on your account.
Your MyO2 should update itself in a few days once you use the phone.

When i go onto o2 app on my phone to try and get 4G

Do you have idata enabled as that’s the one you need for iPhone
