Hi,

I purchased my Apple Watch Ultra 2 from John Lewis and have been trying to set up mobile data on my watch using the standard instructions (Watch -> Mobile Service -> Set Up Mobile Service) but when I log into O2, I get a message saying something went wrong, quote reference code 112. I’ve scoured the message boards and wider internet and nothing seems to resolve this, can anyone help me please?

I have an existing pay monthly SIM with O2 for an iPhone.

Thanks,

Ed

All we know is here Activate Apple Watch Guide

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks for the tag @Cleoriff 👍

All the information we currently have available in relation to error codes is included in the guide provided by @MI5 above

@edmo141 If you've you're tried the below steps and you're still getting the 112 error, please contact our Social Team here as @Cleoriff has suggested and they will run through some fault diagnosis and if necessary raise a case to investigate further.
