nokia luia 720 screen frozen. tried holding side buttom. but nothing happens. I have an old phone and want to put my sim card in there until I can get to o2 shop. but its asking for pin no.

can you help

Pull the battery out the phone and leave it for 5 mins, then try again.
As for the PIN on old phone, it will be whatever you set it to be previously.

Default sim pin is 0000 unless you have changed it. If you are putting the sim in an old Nokia you may have to use 12345
