My old phone is a Windows Nokia Lumia 630 and the new phone is an android Huawei P8 lite 2017. What is the cheapest and easiest way to transfer the data to the new phone.

Bare in mind I am a " silver surfer " and sometimes struggle with the computer langauge.

Depends what the data is you want to transfer?
Generally, you need to sync contacts, photos, videos to Google, then they can be easily copied to a new phone.
