Problems with Nokia Lumia 520 - Sim card Error

Can someone help me! I've recently upgraded to Nokia Lumia 520 and already had to send it back to Carphone Warehouse to be mended with a charging problems, they replaced the phone and the new one I've had a matter of days and I get a Sim card error message. I've tried cleaning the sim, changing the positioning of it and nothing seems to work. Getting a little frustrated to say the least.

With a sim error would I need to speak to O2 or back to Carphone Warehouse?

Have you tried getting a new sim card from an o2 shop, and swapping your number and tariff to it.

 

They do this in-store for you.

 

I'm assuming you have spoken to o2 Customer services on 202 just to make sure your account is set up Ok.

 

Look to ensure no lint etc has made its way into the sim tray in the phone.

 

If you cant use another mobile to make the call then here is the landline number : From a landline 0844 809 0222 5p / min
