Nokia Lumia 610 on o2

I have recently updated my mobile to the above phone and being a complete techphobe I am having problems using it.

1. I cannot receive or send pictures on MMS, I,ve tried texting 'Active' to 2020 about 50 times but still can,t get it.

2. I can't send group texts either.

Please hekp as its doin my head in !

Once you have downloaded the settings a few times most phones won't accept them any more.

Have you checked to see if data is enabled on the phone and with O2 to check MMS is enabled for your account?

Download the 'Network Setup' app which can be found in the Nokia Collection on Marketplace and select O2. This will set up MMS for you. Make sure you reboot the phone before trying to send a picture message after using the app.

Try sending one to yourself after the above.

I have been searching for why it wasn't connecting to the internet when I stumbled on this post.
Turns out It was set to pay monthly instead of pay as you go.
