Boo!  I'm still alive, y'all... however, having read the copyright vs plagiarism thread (I've got 3 to 1 on Copyright winning in a court of law), I might have lost a little of the will to live.

So, news - I've been playing with wheelchairs, driving lots, working hard and planning some exciting times that could see me in a whole new light... that is, to say, I've replaced the lights in the front room.  Not successfully though.

so long as there was no permanent damage (when changing the lights), well done!
having tried (and failed) to change an on/off to a dimmer you are light years (pun intended) ahead of me...

Why does an electrician need to know about gardening?

Why does a nurse need to know about cooking, cleaning, gardening, painting, decorating, sewing,  etc etc etc...

I know why a gardener needs to know about electricity.

I cut through a relation's alarm cable while strimming (I lie, it was a brushcutter...the one with a 200mm diam metal serrated blade) her wild garden area.......didn't realise until the police grabbed me.
