How do I get a simple addition to my contract get actioned?

All I did was ask for a SIM only to be added to my existing contract. Agreed the cost and duration of it.

SIM did not arrive.

Contact again, go through all the above again, "very sorry, replacement being sent"

That one has not arrived. Now I cannot get through to a real person as the Virtual Assistant is not responding. In shear frustration I have ordered a free SIM, but that hasn't arrived.

So annoying, so frustrating, so unneccessary.

We have been with Virgin Media since they took over from the previous supplier (total now 34 years) and have the TV package, Sports channels, Film package, addition box and extras, WiFi, Home phone, 2 mobile phones and hopefully this addition SIM.

Anyone got any names/numbers that I can call to get this sorted out!?

So Royal Fail, have failed to deliver your sim cards, no surprises there as you might get it in 6 weeks with there rubbish service... Put in a complaint to Royal Mail....

If you know the number of the new sim, take photo ID to your local o2 store, and they can issue you on there and them..

Make sure you have copies of the contract that where emailed to you.

So you really think RM failed to deliver 3 times in a row, lol !

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Royal Mail round us is complete garbage, we get one delivery a week if lucky, and even then half the post is from 2 weeks ago... and some is missing completely, so glad the hospital email letters now instead of relying on the unreliable post..

So not impossible at all.
