Why is this network so unhelpfull

i keep going through to a virtual clueless assistant. I have not had a phone for almost 4 days now. If i try and call someone it goes on the O2 number. It then tells me i have an outstanding amount to pay to get my line re-instated and then in the next breath it tells me my account is up to date. Why is such a huge company so disgusting in helping their customers. I can't wait to be out of my contracts to never use or see this company again. I have now words to describe my frustration.

There is very little difference in the customer service standards of the three largest mobile network operators in the UK. Fair enough if you want to move, but please do not assume that the network that you move to will be an improvement. 👍
