Though we wont be going to THE party which is Saturday. At his place. With his mates.

Tonight we are going out for a meal with his brother, daughter and nephew....Just the 6 of us, all pleasant and decorous

Happy birthday to your son, @Cleoriff, hope you all have a lovely evening and dinner   Are you going to his favourite restaurant/cuisine? I'm always curious when it comes to food

@EmilieT  We were initially going to Miller and Carter a very expensive steak restaurant nearby...but they aren't very child friendly and we have our 7 year old grandaughter with us.

All change now and we are off to the Lord Nelson, who do brilliant rib eye steaks. My family love steak.

They also do childrens menus so that makes it better for us...

@Cleoriff Lovely, something for everyone! I've never heard of either restaurants but if your family loves steak, it sounds like you'll all have a great time there, feasting
