I cannot login to myo2 on my Phone (Samsung A510) just get the message 403 Forbidden. any ideas why.

Is your data enabled and working? Or do you have access to WiFi that is reliable? 

Is it MyO2 app or the web version of MyO2? If both are affected, you may be being migrated to new backend billing system 360, and will need to wait until that is done (can take up to 24hrs), @Holidaybob - https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/O2-System-Updates-360/m-p/1598402/highlight/true#M39424
