Does my plan include calls to mobile numbers in Poland or do I have to pay extra?

@Tula You will pay extra. You can get a bolt-on to lessen the charges: Calling Abroad Pay Monthly | International | O2

If you want to avoid paying anything at all, you and the people you're calling in Poland should download WhatsApp. You can call, text and video call for free over WiFi. Same with Facebook Messenger or Facetime if you have an iPhone, but you must be using the same app as the people you're calling.
