I need VAT invoices please.  I have recently upgraded my phone and it appears that I no longer have access to a vat invoice.  Please can you help?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

Yip.

For ref, about 48hrs for a response to a query on Social Media (first response came back at 8:02am Sunday morning 😖), and another 2 days of back and forth to get to an (possibly not the!)  answer. Probably quicker than 202, given the stalling, the pauses, the unintentional call hang-ups, the "wait 24hrs" responses, etc. Virtual Assistant not much better, so... 🤷
