Have spent three hours today on phone and messenger try to get a VAT invoice for the last four months. I have currently received four different sets of bills that are already on the website that clearly states “This is not a VAT invoice” Does anyone at o2 know what VAT is?
Please can someone tell me the name of a helpful employee at this company who can understand my simple request?

o2 do, but 99% of consumers have no need for a VAT invoice, unless mostly you are a business using a personal contract.. (and you can only get a VAT Invoice for Airtime and not any Device Plans).
