I wanted to see when my contract ends/if I'm eligible for an update, so I logged in to my account (Business) and went to Manage Contracts > View contract dates and upgrade options. However, when I click on that I'm shown someone else's phone numbers and names. I contacted O2 about this and they said they'd fix it months ago and there's still no change. At a bit of a lost on what to do next. I can still see my correct invoices for my registered numbers, but see someone else's contract.
Any advice/ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.
