I cant seem to get past the screen to view the phones i can upgrade to even though earlier today i could ive tried the website and app... it just stays on a acreen with a buffering symbol

You can call 202 to upgrade.

The upgrade team are working as normal.

You could try another browser @Becs 

Edge, Internet Explorer etc etc etc.

Or try the same one later. It may just be on a go slow currently.
