My contract with o2 is due to expire and I would like to go on one of their sim only plans, when I rang o2 they said I can do this through the app. It says on my app I can upgrade on o2 refresh to get a new phone but I don’t need a new phone. When I search for sim only plans and put them in my basket etc. It says it can not check out, my eligibility upgrade has expired.
Also if my contract ends 24th may, what date do I need to ring and close the contract so they don’t take anymore money from me?
