I have been told I have run out of data, which I don't think I have. But I am unable to log onto My O2 to check on both the website and app. When I put my email address in and password it then promotes me to put my number in which I do, I then receive a text with a number on and enter that. I am then told that that number is linked to another account. I have had this number for years now. I have tried asking the bot questions but go around in circles, it then says about speaking to a human but I have to follow the QR code. This doesn't work as i can gain access to My My O2 app... so this is pointless. I am currently on hold now waiting for someone to answer me. I am already fed up with 02 with the lack of signal most places now. I do no think I will be continuing with O2 once my contract comes to an end.

Oh and I have tried changing my password, in case I hadn't remember it correctly

try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
