Stored payment card

Every time I click to remove an old payment card from stored cards on my o2, the card will appear to have removes. However, if I navigate away from that page and back again, the card I still there - same happens if I refresh. I have removed it around 20 time and it appears to go then just come back after refreshing.

I have no outstanding bills and a DD set up for a different card. I just don't want this particular cards details to be stored / used.

If you are unable to remove the card yourself via My O2 then  Customer services need to do it as they have access to your account.
