Good morning, I purchased an iPhone 14 Plus on Sunday and haven't received a response. The down payment was deducted from my card. I'd like to know what happened and in my basket it appears that your order has gone through credit verification

Unfortunately O2 does not have a live stock system so you will probably find it's actually out of stock when you follow the advice from @MI5 above.
