Hello I ordered a new phone last month but the new sim card is not needed how do I get this sim removed from my bills as its net even been activated

If the sim was part of a package deal then it can't be removed.
If you bought a phone independently then give o2 customer services a call here
If you need to contact O2
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
