Hi, I have a SIM card used to operate my electric gates. I want to top it up. My account is now frozen (as a result of trying to top it up and access number being sent to the SIM Card) and I cannot top it up. Any ideas?

Your only option is to contact o2 tomorrow morning, as this is a customer community and no one has access to accounts
