Problems with my o2

Hi there ive been experiencing issues with my device plan for a few months it keeps saying its overdue and no matter how many times i speak to someone about it it still isnt sorted id like to raise a complaint also i spoke to another network provider and they said id be free to leave as o2 are in breach of the contract as they are not giving me the service i asked for i keep having issues with wifi and 4g calling im having constant issues with voicemail disappearing im fed up of it no matter how much i speak to someone my issues arent being handled correctly its like no one is interested

It's not up to another network to decide if can can leave O2 without penalty I'm afraid.

I know its just advice theyve gave me thats all as i phoned another provider to see what deals they were offering and thats what they told me but obviously each company has different policies im just fed up with all of the issues im having and the fact that nobody seems interested to help me

Unfortunately the rota hasn't been updated either. It's still showing

 

Monday 22 February 2021:

O2Lisa           08:00 - 14:00
O2Georgina 09:00 - 15:00
O2Simon       14:00 - 20:00
O2Thomas    17:00 - 21:00

 

Which is pretty poor really at 09.14 on Tuesday 23rd. I have mentioned it to @Martin-O2
