Hi there ive been experiencing issues with my device plan for a few months it keeps saying its overdue and no matter how many times i speak to someone about it it still isnt sorted id like to raise a complaint also i spoke to another network provider and they said id be free to leave as o2 are in breach of the contract as they are not giving me the service i asked for i keep having issues with wifi and 4g calling im having constant issues with voicemail disappearing im fed up of it no matter how much i speak to someone my issues arent being handled correctly its like no one is interested
