Hi O2 Team,
I am customer xxx8650 and I made a pre-order of new iPhone 15 Pro Max, expecting that it will arrive on the 22nd of September 2023. My friends who just decided to walk-in at the O2 shop got his new iPhone 15 Pro Max, whilst I am sitting here with nothing. Can you check why this is getting longer please?
