Hi,
I have accidentally created two O2 accounts and set up my O2 Open discount on the wrong account. I have one account with my contract and another account with no contract and o2 open discount linked to it.
The o2 open site for the incorrect account states: "You don't have any devices eligible for an O2 Open discount, If you have used the wrong username then please re-register for O2 Open using the correct details. O2 Open"
However, I am unable to re-register and when I try to re-register on the correct account it says "This work email address has already been registered."
Please can anyone advise if there is a way that I can re-register for o2 open discount with the correct account.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
