I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

SB7 Mobile are one of O2's "Trusted Partners" who operate Payforit scams on their network.

O2 leak numbers to these "partners" when you use mobile data to access the internet. The partners are then allowed to make charges to those accounts without any verfication of consent.

O2 take approximtely 30% of the charges just for faclitating this fraud.

Do you know the name of the "service" you were allegedly subscribed to?

Make sure that you stop the charges by sending a STOP ALL text to the five digit number asociated with the charges.

Ask O2 to put a "charge to mobile" bar on your account to remove your vulnrbility to Payforit scams.

Insist on a FULL refund from SB7 Mobile, unless of course they can PROVE that you entered into a contract with them.

@Zenith1 I'm sorry to hear you have fallen victim to one of SB7's "services". If you follow the advice here and on our website you should be able to recover your money.
