I am trying to activate my free Disney + subscription, but it keeps saying my phone is associated with another account. If this is attached to another account, I wonder if there has been fraud on the account ?

We do not have access to accounts

You can check details directly with o2 customer services on social media here

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
