I am now on a £15 a month plan and my O2 balance is £4. I want to deposit £11 into my balance, but I can only choose an amount that is a multiple of five, such as £10 or £15. Does anyone know how to deposit £11?

Billing

Hi can anyone see their billing page on MyO2? Trying to pay my latest bill and the page is blank. When I go online, I am just seeing errors on the billing page. I asked a colleague to check theirs and they have the same problem. Clearly not just me.
