Hi,
I've got my number and my daughter's number logged in my O2 account. When I log into my O2 account to check whether I can upgrade or what I have got left to pay, I can't go on my actual phone number to check those, I can only get on my daughter's number to check what she has. Can you help? many thanks

If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
